Introduce a Zen Mode
I would love to have a toggle to activate something like a "zen mode". If toggled, there should be nothing except for the paper and a floating toolbar with selected tools only. The user has complete control over which tools to use here. For example, I never use stickers, so this would not be in my toolbar. However, I regularly switch between a blue ballpoint, a black ballpoint, a green brush and a red brush pen. These alongside with the eraser and lasso tool would be in my "Zen Floating Toolbar".

Press and Hold for changing eraser size temporarily
Say I am on the eraser tab with the smallest off the 3 erasers pre-selected but I want to erase a large chunk of writing quick, as of now, I have to select the larger eraser, erase the content, then select the smallest eraser again! Wouldn’t it be better if I am on the smallest eraser, I touch and hold any of the other two sizes (with my non-dominant hand obviously) and it temporarily switches to the size I select till I lift my apple pencil up? Flashcards
I feel that the flashcards would be perfect if I was able to flip them and get tested on the "answer" side. when I'm studying a language, I want to be able to get tested on both languages. And if it's possible, it would be amazing to be able to mess with the setting and get a mix of either side of the flashcards in a study sesh. Also the ability to randomise flashcards would be great. In general, more customisation for how we want to be tested would be awesome. Other than that, I'm really happy with this flashcard…

suggestion: search function to display the file path
The current search function can only see the file, not the file path. For those who have created a folder in the wrong place, it is painful not to find this folder through the search function. I have to open each folder to check where the folder is, and the search function has no effect at this time. okay but. When will Goodnotes 5 be for android? there are people who can't afford to buy an Ipad, but want to have the application for their notes.
I think your earnings would go up if the app is accepted for android devices. and more this year 2022

Inkscape like locking and grouping of objects
When using an image in background for annotaion two things would be great:
- disable/lock image in background so one can select/move/copy... notes made on
that image without affecting the image itself.- allow grouping elemts s.t. those elements are selected together. Image with notes on it is always moved etc. together with notes so layout is preserved

Combing of various flashcards to one
Ím learning on a subject with different chapters. For each chapter I create my flashcards. In the end I will have various ammount of flashcards. But as I good exam preperation I want to combine all flashcard folder to one folder together in order to have all in one file/folder. So I will have better learning results such as Anci or Quizzlet. The problem of various flashcards is the fact, that I exactly know in which folder which answer is available. With combining all together, I would have better linking connecting in my brain.
