stabile elements across devices
Please do find a way to prevent elements from moving around when switching between different devices. It is very frustrating to edit a dokument om my ipad omly to open it om my macbook and seeing that the textboxes and highliting etc have moved in relation to eachother. It makes it very hard to navigate on my macbook, and the contet does not make sense because of this. I am uploading two pictures where one is from my ipad, and the other is the exact same document opened om my macbook. Pleeeease find a solution for this! Thank you.

Sync Cached Search Index Across Devices
The Current Bottleneck
Currently, managing a large library across multiple devices introduces a significant friction point: local search indexing.
- The Waiting Game: Opening Goodnotes on a secondary device or setting up a brand-new device requires a lengthy indexing process for all changed or new documents.
- Resource Drain: While downloading the actual PDFs and notes takes time, forcing every individual device to build its own search index from scratch is incredibly inefficient. It consumes massive amounts of battery life and CPU power.
- Screen Time: To make matters worse, the app must remain actively open on the screen until this indexing completes,…

Turbo sync on same account
I would like to edit a notebook on my Mac and iPad at the same time using Turbo Sync for minimal lag. That way I can use the full size keyboard on my Mac, drop in screenshots from my Mac, and then annotate or draw figures with the Apple Pencil. I was ready to pay for 2 subscriptions to pull this off but because they would both be associated with the same Apple ID it did not work.

Googlemeetでの画面共有
高校の授業でipadを使用させていただいています。
以下の方法を行うとプロジェクタースクリーン、生徒のiPadともに画面が真っ暗になってしまいます。
① 教員iPadでgoodnotes 6を2画面表示する
→ 左は自分用、右は生徒への共有用
② MacBookをプロジェクターにHDMIで接続
③ MacBookでgooglemeetを開いて、生徒に画面共有を開始
→ 生徒の画面には教員MacBookの画面が投影される
④ 教員iPadをMacBookへミラーリング
→ Goodnotes6 のプレゼンテーションモードで右側の画面だけ表示されるようにする ⑤ 教室前方のスクリーンと生徒iPadに同じ授業スライドが投影されていた
→ 現在はここでプロジェクタースクリーン、生徒のiPadともに画面が真っ暗になってしまいますiPadOS 26へのアップデート前は問題なく画面が表示されており、生徒からも「手元でスライドが確認できるのは非常に助かる」と言われていたために、現在非常に困っています。
4月の新年度を迎える前に改善をしていただけると本当に助かります。
また改善方法等がございましたら、教えていただけると幸いです。

Sharing notes with other users without backing up the whole library
Share a note to other users without having to backup everything on the app. I think we already paid a lot of money to this app. We should be able to share notes without icloud like Google sheets, docs or Canva. And we can share on those apps for free. Goodnotes should have their own cloud at least for the note sharing option!

Streamen einer Hälfte eines Splitscreens
Mit dem neuen Betriebssystem iPadOS 26 kann man nicht mehr, wie bisher, die linke Seite des Splitscreens (Goodnotes-Fenster) über den Beamer synchronisieren und auf der rechten Seite eine andere App als Goodnotes öffnen, die nicht gestreamt wird. Für Personen, die diese Funktion im alten Betriebssystem nutzen mussten, ist das sehr ärgerlich. Deshalb die Bitte an das Team von Goodnotes: Macht das wieder möglich!

Goodnotes school and personal
I have a personal goodnotes and a school goodnotes but I can never interchange between the two, can you guys make a feature where 2 goodnotes accounts can sync notes cause the document collab doesn’t work on my school account
