Manually set pen rotation
An option to manually set the rotation of fountain pen tip. When you turn off the recognize pen rotation option, which is a nice feature, it sets in an oblique angle. It would be nice to be able to manually rotate the pen tip and set it whichever angle you want it.

Einfaches kopieren von Wörtern
Gerade ist es so, dass wenn ich eine PDF eingefügt habe ich nur sehr umständlich
einzelne Wörter markieren kann um diese dann z.B. zu kopieren.Ich muss erst das Textfeld erstellen Symbol auswählen
Dann kurz die linke Maustaste gedrückt halten und kann dann erst markieren.
Und wenn ich das Wort dann markiert habe funktioniert die Tastenkombination Str + C nur bedingt.Und außerdem ist es sehr schwer die richtige Zeit zum Mauszeiger bewegen zu finden da oft einfach ein Textfeld erstellt wird oder garnicht markiert.
(Keine Ahnung wieso das so kompliziert ist)Kann ich nicht einfach wie in einer PDF…

Typing
I would like to report an issue I’m experiencing while editing text on the iPad version of your app.
When I select or edit a text box, the floating formatting toolbar appears directly over the text I’m working on. This makes it difficult to see the content underneath, especially when the text box is near the top of the page. The toolbar does not automatically reposition, and I cannot move it manually, so it constantly blocks my view.

Allow text sizes below 8pt (1–7pt)
Hello, thank you for always providing a wonderful app.
I would like to request a feature regarding the text tool in GoodNotes 6.
In the current version, the minimum font size is fixed at 8pt.
However, in previous versions, being able to use 1–7pt was extremely helpful for writing small annotations, subscripts, chemical formulas, and compact notes.If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could:
・ Allow font sizes below 8pt again (1–7pt)This function would benefit many users who need fine, detailed writing.

MOVE TEXT BOX WITHOUT LASSO
Allow text boxes to move from page to page without lasso tool. Since the text box is already a moveable item it would be nice to be able to move it from page to page without it disappearing. The lasso seems like an unnecessary extra step

Handwriting-to-Text Font Preset Featu
Please add an option to set custom font presets for handwriting-to-text conversion. When I convert handwritten notes, the text always switches to the default font, and I have to reformat everything manually. Being able to choose and save presets (e.g., Noteworthy Bold for headings and Noteworthy Light for body text) would save a lot of time and make notes much cleaner instantly.

bring back continuous text box and allowing use to set to specifc font color
New update removed ability to stay on typing function and will revert back to Lasso. This is so annoying. Also bring back allowing the user to choose their default font color. My school uses dark colored ppts and when typing the auto selected black font makes it impossible to keep up with note taking as i constantly must highlight the text and change it to white font.

Bearbeitung eigener Vorlagen
Guten Tag,
es wäre schön, wenn man die eigenen Vorlagen noch weiter bearbeiten könnte.
Die von mir importierte Vorlage ist z.B. in links 1/3 Korrekturrand und rechts 2/3 linierter Bereich aufgeteilt.
Wenn ich in dieser Vorlage allerdings die Funktion „mit tippen starten“ wähle, wird leider nicht in dem dafür vorgegebenen Bereich geschrieben.
Auch das Zoom-Fenster würde ich gerne automatisch auf den Beginn der Zeile springen lassen. Bisher zeigt das Zoom-Fenster nach dem Vollschreiben einer Zeile jedoch den linken Rand des Blaats an, der ja aber als Korrekturrand frei bleiben soll.2 votes -

Ich würde mir bei den Lernsets die Funktion wünschen, Text, Handschrift und Bilder kombinieren zu können und sich nicht für eines entscheiden zu müssen.

Would it be possible for the software to automatically identify the image and turn it into a perfect shape after I draw a relatively rough line? Otherwise, a lot of time will be wasted waiting for the drawing to become a perfect shape.

Adaptive Pencil Size by Zooming
Minimum and Maximum size of the pencil and adaptive size when zooming from very close to far away.
This would help to have more consisten sizes when workinh on big mind maps.

Good afternoon, I am writing to tell you that I have been a goodnotes user for approximately 5 years. I am testing the new update you have made, and I have a negative comment. I wanted to tell you that I have found the control of the shapes a little uncomfortable. When selecting a line for example, the blue dots that appear at the ends to edit the shape are a little annoying. Apple Pencil Formatting Gestures
Please create gestures for SHIFT, TAB, RETURN and CAPS LOCK for Apple Pencil in Scribble mode when using textbox.
If one is trying to keep notes neat by using textbox instead of pen, this system becomes very clunky. If you want to abbreviate, make a list or write notes in an organized fashion on the fly, like in class lectures for instance, you have to use Apple Pencil with assistance from either an external hardware keyboard or the touch screen keyboard. It slows everything down. I sometimes miss valuable information fiddling around with these keyboards.

Support Request – Critical Usability Issues After Upgrading to GoodNotes 6
Hello, I recently upgraded to GoodNotes 6 and encountered several usability regressions that are severely impacting my workflow. I would like to request clarification and support regarding the issues below.
Issues
1. The Text Box tool automatically switches back to the Lasso tool after one use.
When inserting multiple text boxes consecutively, I must manually reselect the Text Box tool every time. This significantly disrupts productivity.

Different fonts for the bullet list
I love the possibility for bulleted and numbered lists, but would love more options like stars or smaller dots or squares. just more customisation in the text documents. like being able to change background colour maybe.

Schriftarten
Eigene Schriftarten sollten wieder als Stanard festlegbar sein & andere Schriftarten schneller erreichbar sein, damit man zwischen diesen schnell hin und her springen kann. So wie es eben vorher war.
