Hand writing feel weird
In the latest GoodNotes update, I feel like they added more stroke stabilization without giving an option to turn it off. When I write ‘(’ or ‘C’, it sometimes turns into ‘<’, which is really frustrating.
Also, why does the Undo button pop up every time I undo something? It keeps appearing over and over, and it honestly gets on my nerves. Why put it there at all? What’s the purpose? So pls remove them and make an option to turn stroke stabilization completely off. Thanks1 vote -

Currently, the pen settings provide only fixed percentage options for sliders such as:
Pen Tip Sharpness (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
Pressure Sensitivity (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
Pen Flatness (0%, 33%, 66%, 100%)
For example, pen tip sharpness can only be selected from preset values like 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100. However, I would like to set more precise values such as 65% or 80%.
This limitation is especially noticeable with pen flatness, where the selectable range jumps directly from 66% to 100%. I wish…

making new line with dotpoints
when I’m writing to convert to text, when tapping to make a new line when using dotpoints it converts to modern size 24 rather than remaining in the same font as i was previously using. this same issue does NOT occur when not using dotpoints. If this issue could be fixed i would love it

Universal Object Menu / Quick Selection
Please make both of them optional.
I mainly use the lasso tool to move objects around and the "Universal Object Menu" that constantly pops up at random positions is so distracting. I keep hitting things I do not intend to while moving around objects.
Same goes for the Quick Selection. I regularly import screenshots or pictures with the intend of writing notes on them. I do not want them to be selected every time I accidentally tap on them while moving the view of my document. I was able to deactivate this feature before, why is this not possible anymore?

Please bring back the edit handwriting mode that allows me to reflow handwriting! It was extremely useful and convenient to have.

Different fonts for the bullet list
I love the possibility for bulleted and numbered lists, but would love more options like stars or smaller dots or squares. just more customisation in the text documents. like being able to change background colour maybe.

I would like to request a feature that converts typed text into handwriting, similar to Apple’s Markup functionality.It would be great if GoodNotes could analyze the user’s existing handwritten notes within documents and use that handwriting style to convert typed text into personalized handwriting.
If no handwriting data is available, the app could prompt the user to provide handwriting samples for analysis and learning.This feature would allow typed text to blend naturally with handwritten notes, improving consistency and the overall note-taking experience in GoodNotes.

Default Text Converting
I want to be able to set the default text size, font, etc., for when I convert my handwriting to text. Some pages it spits it out huge, sometimes not. Consistency would be a game changer, and a space saver.

The edge of the notebook is hard to write on.
Currently, when zooming in on a note, there is no space on the left or right edges. This makes it unstable to write near the right or left edge of the note (especially on the dominant hand side) without moving your hand away from the iPad.
Therefore, I request that even when zoomed in, a certain amount of margin be maintained as before zooming. This would allow the edge of the note to be moved as close as possible to the center of the screen.

The menu for the text box is constantly in the way and is very annoying this was not an issue with the old UI! Please revert back!

Text Box Issues
When I use the text box, the line height keeps changing. I have to and adjust the line height for each sentence, despite having a set default. I also hate how it goes to Lasso all the time, I never use Lasso. I miss Goodnotes 6 as it was easier to use for someone who struggles with technology.

Change the text box when you say it in a good way
This update is seriously frustrating.
Why does the tool automatically switch to the lasso tool after using a text box?
The previous version was much smoother and easier to use — now it just feels unnecessarily inconvenient and irritating.
It honestly looks like this change was made without any real consideration for users.And if you’re not even reading App Store reviews but just telling people to “send feedback,”

지속되는 오류와 불편함을 항의합니다.
첨부된 사진을 보시면 한국어로 타자를 칠때 말도 안되는 에러가 나는 경우가 많습니다.
그리고 매번 타이핑 할때마다 원래 설정해 놓은 폰트가 아닌 갑자기 자동적으로 다른 폰트로 변경되어 매번 다시 원래 폰트로 바꿔야되는 불편함이 있습니다.Text Styling 설정에 여러 폰트를 저장해서 사용하고 싶을때 클릭하면 변경할 수 있는 옵션을 넣어주시면 필요한 폰트를 찾을때 마다 계속 들어가서 일일히 바꿔야되는 불편함이 없을거 같습니다.
그리고 혹시 굿노트를 다른 기기들과 연동할때 아이패드에서 만들어놓은 색 조합을 다른 기기에도 나타날 수 있도록 해주시면 정말 편리할거 같습니다. 매번 각각 기기에 다른 색들이 있으니 같은 색을 찾는 불편함이 있습니다.
또한 색연필을 쓸때 연하고 얇게 나오다가도 갑자기 오류가 나 두껍게 색칠이 되는…

中文使用者文字字體瀏覽
文字下拉欄可選擇字體不如goodnote5顯示方便且難以辨認字體，多數對於非英文使用者難以使用，並且沒有顯示ipad系統自帶下載之字體，恢復goodnote5之後正常顯示，希望儘快改正顯示問題，感謝。

Different colour pallets/ groups for writing and highlighters
Have the pen colours and highlighter colours be able to be organised into different colour palettes. Also be able to have different presets for different notebooks!

Straightening for the Highlighter Tool
Since the newest update, the straightening of the highlighting tool has been "improved", i.e. when highlighting and holding at the end of the line, the shape resembles the original handwriting with more details. But that brings a rather glaring downside: when marking, one usually does not highlight in a perfectly straight line but rather with multiple bumps etc. When holding now, the highlighter often is not converted into a straight line through the text but rather a bumpy line with multiple edges and curves. It therefore does not go straight through the text anymore.
It would be lovely, if GoodNotes…

The color of the pencil tool
For some reason, after the recent update, the pencil tool's color has become very light, and there's no setting to adjust it. I hope you can make the pencil color darker, or add an option to adjust its darkness/opacity.
