Allow user to write over the seam of two pages in vertical scroll
I had this posted some time ago, and then someone mistakenly merged it into an unrelated feature, so I have to recreate it.
The idea is simply to join pages of a PDF in vertical scroll such that the seam is either invisible or a thin line, and importantly to allow writing to bridge the page seam. Obviously the writing would break in terms of pdf pages, but so long as the break is invisible in vertical scroll, it would allow me to both use the white space between pages, but also to draw reference lines from the bottoms of…

Increase maximum text size
It seems as if the maximum text size in text field is 100. I’d really appreciate if the max size would be increased.

Better left-handed support: free page positioning while zoomed
I am left-handed and when I zoom in to write with the Apple Pencil, the page always snaps back to the center automatically.
This makes it very hard to start writing on the far left side of the page, because I constantly end up writing at the edge.It would be very helpful if the page could be freely positioned horizontally (left/right) while zoomed in, without snapping back to the center.
An option to disable automatic centering or a dedicated left-handed writing mode would greatly improve the writing experience for left-handed users.1 vote -

Bring back the ability to:
Place an element that was saved from a text box
Edit the text box

Improve Handwriting Readability Over Thick or Dark Lines
When writing a cross a solid thick line , some separation between the handwriting and the thick line is needed so for example the white outline around a dark letter will visually separate the handwriting from a line behind it. Outlined handwriting does not seem to be supported as of now.

Change the typing options back to how it used to be
There used to be 2 options to Type on a page, the Text Box and the whole screen text field. It used to be so easy to acces the whole page typing mode, and to edit it later on, which it now isnt. Having one button to get back to the feature would save so much time and ones work flow, because the way you access it right now is really inconvenient. Same thing goes for the text box - this little widget with options to edit the text font etc. is always in the middle of the screen covering…

MOVE TEXT BOX WITHOUT LASSO
Allow text boxes to move from page to page without lasso tool. Since the text box is already a moveable item it would be nice to be able to move it from page to page without it disappearing. The lasso seems like an unnecessary extra step

Adaptive Pencil Size by Zooming
Minimum and Maximum size of the pencil and adaptive size when zooming from very close to far away.
This would help to have more consisten sizes when workinh on big mind maps.

Apple Pencil Formatting Gestures
Please create gestures for SHIFT, TAB, RETURN and CAPS LOCK for Apple Pencil in Scribble mode when using textbox.
If one is trying to keep notes neat by using textbox instead of pen, this system becomes very clunky. If you want to abbreviate, make a list or write notes in an organized fashion on the fly, like in class lectures for instance, you have to use Apple Pencil with assistance from either an external hardware keyboard or the touch screen keyboard. It slows everything down. I sometimes miss valuable information fiddling around with these keyboards.

Support Request – Critical Usability Issues After Upgrading to GoodNotes 6
Hello, I recently upgraded to GoodNotes 6 and encountered several usability regressions that are severely impacting my workflow. I would like to request clarification and support regarding the issues below.

1. The Text Box tool automatically switches back to the Lasso tool after one use.
When inserting multiple text boxes consecutively, I must manually reselect the Text Box tool every time. This significantly disrupts productivity.

Monospaced font for "Code Block" in "Text Doc"
The new Text Doc document type offers the option to insert “Code Block”, which is intended to be an area for source code. However, it seems that the code block is not using a monospaced font, which may be an overlooked bug.
