More color options in top menu bar (more than just 3)

On OneNote I have 14 different colored pens and highlighters up top. GoodNotes is superior to one note in almost every way except this one. I color code my notes, so I am forced to used one note. If I were to try and color code using goodnotes, it would take me hours longer because there are so many extra clicks to get to the correct color of pen or highlighter. Having more color options up top and allowing both pens and highlighters in the menu bar like one note would be amazing.

There is plenty of room up there, changing pen thickness is not important enough to have that much space up top, other colors are. But honestly there is plenty of room for more colors, you could just shift the thickness all the way to the right and the other menu options all the way to the left and have room for 10 more colors.

    This is the most important feature I am missing as well. Although three colors is a small number it is still better than one color (Notability).

    Please, even just one more color. We all use four colors: a main, a secondary, a tertiary,.... and red for warnings and stuff.
    In the covid era, I make screen recordings using GN5 for students. In editing, I can easily cut out the toolbar at the top. But as soon as I need a fourth color, the pop down screen breaches the frame. Looks terrible in videos. Yes, can be edited out, but only if I remember to stop talking while it’s visible. Could be very simply resolved with a fourth color hot button. Thanks, longtime fan.

    Please improve this feature soon. It would be great to conveniently choose from more than 3 colors without having to disrupt work flow.

    Would be great, using more than three colors in a document is a pain, especially if you prepare online videos for teaching during the corona-pandemic.

    5 colours would be a good start - or allow users to add as many colours as they wish to the toolbar.

    I switched from notability for the sole reason that I hate using their pen dropper to switch between colors. Its somewhat better in Good Notes because I have 3 colors ready to be used, but that is not enough. Please allow us to add as many colors as we want. This could be easily done by allowing the user to expand the menu down and add colors there.

    PLEASE GOODNOTES ADD THIS FEATURE, OR GIVE OPTION FOR USERS TO CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT UP THERE INSTEAD OF WASTED SPACE!!!

    Agree. Absolute waste of space as is. Almost 1/3 my title bar is blank on iPad pro in landscape mode and it would be so many fewer clicks if the titlebar allowed more presets -- and user customizeable would be even better.

    I use one (occasionally two) thicknesses during note taking and presenting. I use at least 6 or 7 colors during the same. I would like some choice!

    At first it would be very important that it is possible to get the coulour switches back at the zoom window at all !!!

    Adding some more would be fine anyways.

    Fully agree. Sometimes is very useful to have more color in the menu to take better notes. For me three are not enough. Adding at least two more should be very convenient.
