Table
I would really appreciate it if you could make it possible to add tables to good notes. It would be very helpful, i don’t want to draw it all the time.
Thank you for your attention :)

I can't believe this feature hasn't been added yet, it would really improve note quality and not so hard to implement. The freehand tool is great but I have to make my lines perfectly straight so as not to end up with a trapeze for a box! A non-freehand box and circle tool would be really useful and MUCH MUCH quicker!

I have just started using a large iPad as a replacement for my traditional notebook at work. I would certainly pay for a decent note taking app that allows me to add tables or somehow embed excel tables that can be made to do basic math(s) such as adding up small columns of figures. This is a real gap in the market.

I use GoodNotes as a daily planner and use MANY different table-like layouts. I currently have to use 2 different apps just to create a transparent table. But if I want to tweak the size of a column or row, I have to go back to square one (pardon the pun).
A basic table tool with resizable columns and rows alone would save me anywhere from 5-20 minutes (and many later headaches!) per table.
If I could also change font & border styles and the colors and opacity of columns, rows, and cells at will, that would be a major bonus. And if there were simple math calculations (+-*/), I could create dated calendars much faster and possibly some basic financial trackers. But I’d do a happy dance for even a basic table creation tool.

Since Goodnotes 5 is broadly adopted for academic and business use, there is a critical need for the function of "drawing tables," which will significantly improve the overall arrangement of the users' notes.

Even if no Table tool is provided; the ability to lock an underlying object from erasure (layer?) would help greatly. I could hand-draw a table and easily erase content within the ''cell" without worrying about erasing the cell borders.
This "lockability" would prove handy for other in-drawn objects as well;for instance: watermarks.

I'm also taking discrete mathematics and I would love to easily create truth tables and other tables with ease, instead of having to use the straight line feature that is somewhat time consuming.

Would also love this!

Tables would be fantastic. Linking to or importing numbers and pages files would make this an unbeatable note-taking app!!

I was about to suggest the same idea, a table wizard would be a very useful feature. What I have in mind is to be able to choose the number of row/column and to easily resize a single row or column in a different size than the other. Being able to chance the size of all row/column with a single operation would be appreciated too
