Flood fill
I often use the highlighter to shade in something I drew with the pen tool. I'd love to speed this up (and improve accuracy) with a paintbucket flood tool that highlights everything in the selected region.

This is a feature that would really save me a ton of time when taking notes. I tend instead tediously shade in the shapes.
