Password protect
It would be great if you had an option to password protect a selected notebook in case you have to create one that would contain sensitive information.

It would be great if notes could be secured with a fingerprint as well

Lack of password protection will prevent me from buying GoodNotes. Seems like an essential feature to me.

And probably already thought of, but my preference would be Touch ID

This is amazing app to write notes, but there is no option to set password on some notebooks, these make more privacy on some personal notebooks , we hope you add this feature in next update.

I really like this app, but without a password protection feature, I can't really use it a viable platform for serious work where confidentiality is mandatory. I find it fasinating that the programmers took all the time to make a great program and didn't make the effort to code a simple password protection feature---very disappointing. I'll have to look for another app.

As I start to use this application more I have discovered the need for this also For personal journaling and other sensitive notes this is a must have. Note ability already has this. When will this be available?

My Professor uses a long password on his pdfs. It would be nice to type it in once and store it for future use.

I am off the same opinion, it would be great to have the ability to lock a category or note book for more secure work.
