Please add the feature to Read and write a comments on imported PDF documents. Allow this feature in general as not everything can be written in a single page and this feature will allow to put little details on a small box which only opens when clicked. This is also great for productivity.

Since handwritten text lists can be broken apart much better than text, I would like to have a ‘convert text to handwritten text’ feature. We could even have nice handwritten ‘fonts’ that we could choose from.

I know, this suggestion sounds strange at the beginning. But if you take a moment to think about it, actually, it makes perfect sense:
1. The best part of goodnotes is not editing text but handwriting strokes. Thus, when text from a keyboard is converted to handwriting strokes, it would be much much easier for majority iPad users.
2. Save a lot of terrible handwriting users, like me. And it also makes notes look more consistent. :-)
3. I guess it would not be too difficult to implement, just let the app pretend to get some perfect user handwriting.

Add option to create a sinusoid or other figures and mathematical expressions

Safari PDF export and iPad OS full page screenshot generate a long single page PDF file. If I read it and then close, next time it opens zoomed out so that the whole single page is visible, so I lose the reading progress.

With multi page PDFs this seems to be working, so this may even be a feature caused by that zoomed out view: it would be better to open the pdf so that you match the viewport to the display width.

Allow "deviding" one page within a document into two separate ones.
For instance; if there is a page with two excercises on it (1&2), it would be very helpful if you could "cut" or "divide" the page into two separate (smaller) pieces. This allows you to do exercise 1 right under the instructions, if there is not enough space to do so.

Currently, when selecting text in a PDF, you have the option to "strikeout" or "highlight" the selected text. As far as I can tell, when selecting one of these options, the only available color for highlighting is yellow and the only available color for strikeout is red. Please add a feature to allow users to choose the highlight color and the strikeout color for selected text.

Hi! I was reading from a GoodNotes book today and felt that if the window did not move (in both x and y) every time I touched the screen, it would be awesome because I would know that the motion of the page would be restricted to one dimension only. Think of it like adobe acrobat with mouse. This could be accomplished by a button in the UI. I feel it would greatly enhance user reading experience. Thanks!

I wish that in GN i can choose to add a new note page with the same size of the last PDF page so that all the pages of the book would keep regular.( or just with the same width can also help a lot) It’s important to keep standard by sliding, printing or sharing with others etc.

when I print my notes from Goodnotes 5, my letters are always cut out from the page. Why is this happening and how do I resolve it. It’s becoming highly annoying. I just don’t understand because my page is in A4 mode. ALSO HOW DO YOU CHANGE AN ENTIRE NOTEBOOK OF NOTES YOU'VE MADE ON GOODNOTES FROM STANDARD GOODNOTES PAPER TO A4 PAPER! When I am inserting photos as a new page, I can only insert one photo at a time and could not insert more than one at a single instance.

It saves lot of time for the users in case they want to insert screenshots of lessons they are going through online.
