  1. Ideas to improve the app

    The app should allow the user to import pdfs into notebooks, export notebooks as pdf, have more colors available for the pen, have the "crayon" and "fountain pen" types of writing, allow you to enter text from keyboard, allow you to insert images, make ruler and protractor available, allow you to insert bookmarks and allow you to filter the pages of a notebook according to a category entered by the user.   3. (Major Issue) Highliters Issue on Export

    When I export the document which i import from my pc

  4. Goodnotes for android [Beta] difficult to manage large files

    I try to work on my Digital planner (7,3 Mo PDF files). There are slow-down: to open it, to write on it.
    And The app doesn’t recognize Hyperlinks in my file so I drop it.
    Please insert the same options in iOS version and fluidity.

  7. Google, iOS, Android and Window Account Linkage and Typing

    I use Goodnotes 5 on my iPad and I'd like to link my Goodnotes on iOs account to any other operating systems such as Android or Windows, all the functions used in iOS should be completely used on other systems, too. Espacially, typing tools should be available on on Windows. I'm looking forward to experiencing your full version.

    Being able to put numbers on pages as well as headers, footers or watermarks. At least when exporting the document to PDF.

  9. Artistic Creativity(compilation of what l see)

    Just to compile the ideas I have seen.
    1. Shapes. Premade shapes, stIcky notes. So far I've been just making my own templates and copy and pasting, but I don't like constantly switching journals to do that.
    2. Ability to recolor what we have wrote with our stylus.
    3. more colors! Hex codes.
    4. Maybe watercolor brushes.
    5. import pictures or screenshots from websites.
    6. Lines automatically straight or have a ruler tool.
    7. More pen size! I love having the ability to vary my pen size.

  10. print from the browser version

    Print function for the browser version (Chrome, Edge etc.)

    A friend shared their GoodNotes document with me and I opened up the link in my browser. But there is no function to print the document in the browser. I download the app on my Windows PC and there is no function in there either to print the document.

  12. Syncing documents through a cloud storage service across the different platforms

    Having the possibility to upload documents as PDF files automatically once changes are done directly to a cloud service would be invaluable. Students studying abroad or frequent travelers would benefit most from this since it would allow access to documents from any device at any time.
    To complement this feature, offline editing would make GoodNotes perfect: editing a document offline, storing changes locally, then uploading updated versions once an internet connection is available.

  13. Slight additions for beta and future

    Hi, thank you for allowing Windows users to test the Beta version. I like the rendering of the lasso tool; it moves very smoothly. I also like the varying options of the notebook covers and page choices.

    Below are 6 additions that will improve the current & future version's productivity & functionality:

    1. audio recording feature (+ audio following written or typed words written at that time when audio is played back)
      * good for students needing to relisten to specific parts of the lecture

  17. for notebooks that have a large amount of pages:

    I downloaded a pdf book that has hundreds of pages and realized that I'm going to have to go through all these pages if i want to find this one again.
    A cool, useful idea to solve this could be having the ability to color code pages or sort of bookmark pages so you can click a button of some sort and then it gives you a selection of pages that are bookmarked, choose the page you want and it brings you to it.

    I think this could be a feature that will be SOOOO useful for people with large…

    Hello! I'm very happy about hearing that GoodNotes ist coming for Android tablets, so we can interact with iPad users.

    Here is a suggestion list:
