Sync-ability between iOS and Windows notebooks.
If edited on windows version notebook, the changes available also on iOS version.

This could be solved by allowing sign-in with apple ID.

I agree. When using my laptop, I mostly use the typing function to annotate notes during lectures. Then I follow up with annotating with the pen and highlighter function with my iPad. It makes taking down notes more efficient.

The windows version of goodnotes do not makes sense if it cannot be sync with the Ipad app. All users works with the ipad.

It is imperative that this function is available, because really all users edit their documents on a mobile device.

My iOS devices hold all my notes and learning materials from my professors, it would really be useful if the ones on my iOS device is synced automatically across all my existing devices especially on the windows. This is the reason why I had submitted an entry for the waitlisting, please do consider.

App is useless unless you can access notes on all platforms

If you share your notebook from GoodNotes iOS, open the link in a Windows browser you can read the notebook & do basic editing. It syncs between Windows & iOS

There are no reasons to use goodnotes on the computer if it can't sync between ios and windows.

This is a deal breaker. Syncing Between Ios and Windows is a must. To be able to take notes on my ipad and later view them on my laptop or vice versa would give me so much freedom and leverage. No sense in having two separate notebooks.

I think this is crutial. I signed up for the Windows Beta, but when I realised that it doesn't sync you documents from iCloud/iPad, I didn't bother to finish the sign up. I specifically need the sync between devices for the Windows version to make sense.

You should be able to download the iCloud App on Windows and sync it automatically. Or to sign in with your Apple ID. There are multiple solutions. (Easiest way is probably your Apple ID)

the biggest reason i downloaded the beta version was to view my goodnotes on my ipad. If i can't do this, i have no reason to use goodnotes for windows since it is thus a totally separate notebook.

This is a MUST, there is no reason bringing an ios only app to windows if I can not sync my apple account to the app. all my files are synced there!! please hear us out!!

agreed, sync between ipad and surface is a must for me.

I signed up to the BETA because I was expecting that I would have notebooks synced between Windows and iOS... looking for a better alternative to OneNote. I love GoodNotes on iPad but really need my notebooks synced on Windows as well :-(

Absolutely required

I really need this so I take take screenshots from lectures and assignments from my pc, paste them into a notebook, and then work on them from my ipad. The current goodnotes for windows doesn't even allow me to share windows created notebooks. I think I would be willing to pay for goodnotes again on windows if it included all of the functionality of the ipad app and syncing too.

I agree with other comments. I use the iPad for note taking, and use windows or mac desktops depending on my project at the moment. Without a global sync between Windows and iOS versions, the Windows app is really a non starter. By definition, all current GoodNotes users are iOS users! There are already lots of apps in the windows/android ecosystem, just as there are in the iOS/MacOS world. Being portable across both would be a real differentiator, as all the current cross platform handwritten note apps basically suck.

It would be great to be able to edit Notebooks from both devices (in IOS and Windows) while the app syncs it automatically like between an IPad and an Macbook.

It would be perfect if the app was able to sync between windows, android, Mac and ios. That way I can access my notes across all my devices.
