Thanks for sharing your feedback. Would it work for you to open a calculator app as a slide over app and then just swipe it in from the side when it is needed? You won’t have to leave GoodNotes for it and you can easily make some quick calculations.

An error occurred while saving the comment Love Spring commentedI'm a visual thinker so I like using different types of charts and diagrams to organize ideas. Also, a lot of my college classes require me to use visual methods to represent information, such as those I've mentioned in the title of this post.
I hope this option will become available in future versions of GoodNotes.
Thank you!

Thank you for replying to my post.
Of course there are workarounds to this. Ideally, I prefer to use GoodNotes in fullscreen as much as possible. It's a better experience and it helps me maintain a good flow when I'm working.
The way I was thinking the calculator feature would work is by automatically giving me a preview of the correct answer to the problem that I wrote down. It would recognize handwritten math problems and it would suggest an answer. If I want to accept the answer, I can automatically apply it as text or I can copy it down with my own handwriting. Maybe there can also be an actual calculator for people who are more comfortable typing their math problems instead of handwriting them.
This would not be the most essential feature but it would really help me think and problem-solve without distractions. My workflow would be smoother.
