Allow to accept shared documents also from Mac App
running good notes on my private AppleID (=iCloud) and using it on my business Mac, too is today not possible. I'd even open to buy it twice, but I habe only 1 mobile device - so basically though I love good notes, I can't use it anymore.
Solution:
Allow to accept shared documents also from Mac App. This way I can still use it on my iPad and iPhone and notes I neet @work could simply be shared with my business AppleID.This would provide a solution for many other feature requests such as

Automatic Heading Numbering & Grammarly Integration.
I create my notes off professors’ notes, and thus I need an option to go to a subsequent number when I hit enter. I still use Microsoft Word for this because GOODNOTES 5 doesn't offer this possibility. Also, it would be great if you could integrate GRAMMARLY to GOODNOTES 5.

Favorites
Sidebar Favorites Drop Down
Please make it to where, at least on GoodNotes for Mac, the Favorites selection in the sidebar drops down into a tree. This way, we can quickly access those favorites and/or drag files from one folder, directly into a favorited folder.

Pens
I know there are several posts like this but I think it would benefit ALL users if we had more pen choices. I would definitely understand if there’s a reason as to why there’s only 2... but I can’t think of one and as this IS a note taking app. Since this replaces the pen and paper method,I would think it makes sense that those creating/updating GoodNotes would want their users to have the most realistic writing experience when using the app. If using pen and paper, there are far more than 2 choices to write with and digital note…

Vertical zoom tool while ipad is in landscape mode
Although the zoom tool is great, I don't use it much. I find that it takes up too much screen real-estate while I'm on landscape mode (which is my preferred iPad orientation) while taking notes. Personally, I would use the zoom tool and find it much more ergonomic if the screen was split in half vertically with the left side showing the entire page that can be zoomed in or out of, and the right side would serve as the space for the zoom tool window.
I hope you consider this suggestion GoodNotes team. It would be a game-changer for…

Scrolling with finger shouldn’t move shapes
With the new feature of editing shapes (specifically rectangles idk abt the other ones), when i attempt scroll up or down to a different page in my notebook it moves the rectangle around the page instead of scrolling the paper. Perhaps instead the shape-editing feature you added would toggle when u grabbed only the shape with the lasso tool; I feel that would be much better, and follow intuitively for users as well.

Plz give use variable/customizable eraser sizes/thicknesses
This is just a nonsense to not be available.. all we need is the exact same thing as the pencil stroke thickness, but for the eraser..
Simple as that, the same 3 quick eraser sizes/thickness, but with the ability to customize those sizes, plzzzz... its 2020 and its a "simple" feature

Easier, simpler lasso tool
In this app the lasso tool is almost flawless, exept when you use it to copy an image from one note to the other.. you have to take a screenshot and then drag it or copy and past, when you could just lasso it and all those option would appear as floating options and we wouldnt be moved to a new page with only the screenshot of the image. Think about it ;)

More Vibrant Highlighter Colors
I wish the highlighters appeared more vibrant and neon on white paper. When I select a really neon highlighter, I usually have to double the highlight to get the desired brightness.

Develop handwriting to text feature.
It would be very helpful for a lot of people with bad handwritings if the handwriting to text feature is improved further as a input mean with the support for input on another same as handwritten notes are input now.

Change template for all pages in document
To me, changing template for one page at a time is inconvenient. Like Notability, GoodNotes should have the opportunity to change templates for all pages in the document without having to do this manually, one page at a time. I’d like to see this added in a future update.

Draw a rectangular text box or scribble to text
The best way to describe this is like the feature in Notability. You have the option to use scribble which automatically converts your handwriting your text or you can draw in your text box. I’d like to see both these options available since the current text box is really small and difficult to adjust once you have it in place.
