Live-Kamera
Sehr sinnvoll wäre für mich, wenn ich ein Kamera-Fenster aufziehen könnte, in dem das Kamera-Livebild gezeigt wird. Sehr sinnvoll in der Schule, wenn etwas demonstriert werden soll und gleichzeitig wichtige Inhalte zu sehen sein sollen.

more shapes can be recognized and edited; that‘s cool
but i find it harder to draw a vertical/horizontal line than before
and the width of the line are ALWAYS uniformhope for any options in setting ui which could allow us to switch that

Export to PDF with random page
Hi. It will be great if we could export our note to PDF with random pages selection (like in notes plus)

Note alignment
I have a recommendation of note alignment in horizontal.
The problem is all my hard writhing note there are wasting space on the right (attachment 1). It is caused by my palm is reach to the edge of the iPad. If I fill that space up I need to hand my palm in the air or rest my palm on the table. The process isn’t smooth. Even my small hand in 11” iPad.
If that possible to user align the note to a side (depends on left-hander/right-hander) free up the other side for palm (attachment 2) instead of now always…12 votes -
Better Lasso Tool
For the lasso tool. The blank space where the colour and size selection is should be toggles for the lasso tool. Like if I want to lasso just the handwriting and not the image/highlights or if I don't want to move textboxes. This would be really useful when adding side notes to annotations

better OCR recognition
When I scan a multi-page document through GoodNotes or import a scanned document, the saved quality is not sufficient, so that - in contrast to Notify - not all text passages are found when searching.
This is clear if you look at the file sizes between Notify and GoodNotes during the backup.

group and stack tabs together while working on several documents
when many tabs are opened, it becomes harder to maintain a good overview. I suggest the option of putting tabs of documents together in a group or stack, so that I can now work on other documents, but still can reopen the other tabs fast without having to close them before.
For example: I‘m working on my physics homework and my answer and exercise sheets are opened. But also, I do have to take a look from time to time into the maths and physics theory notes, but not often, and still, they are using up a lot of tab…3 votes -
OCR and handwriting recognition for Pashto language
It would be great to add Pashto language to OCR and handwriting recognition technology and search field inside docs.
As Pashto language has about 70 million speakers; around the same as Deutsch language.1 vote -

On iPad: pinch page to view to thumbnails. Use entire screen to show thumbnails instead of overlay.

Disable snapping when rotating
I just want to rotate my selection a little but it over rotates or snaps back into its original position.
I hope GoodNotes can have some kind of function to disable snapping or make it possible to rotate selections like how some photo apps do it. (Sliding a bar left to right to rotate to the exact degree you want.)

Math geometry mode
For teaching (math, biology), it would be great to improve the math geometry mode like this:
line types: dotted, dashed, solid for graphs etc.
building an circle / rectangle etc. by fixing the center / edges.
(radius for example) and enable to draw curved lines in geometry mode.
or at least just like notability put the edges of an rectangle in the right positionmay be an interface to geogebra.

I have pdf that has hyperlink built in and GoodNotes does not recognize it.
