Have a way to make links clickable...both in imported pdf files and on links we copy and paste into our documents.
We should be able to go to links (hot!) in our browsers. The attachments: in the first one, I've copied the link to the source document. If link us live, I can go to my source document to click on links there (this would be the minimum). In the second attachment us the entire pdf with all its highlighted links....which currently go nowhere. We should be able to click on all of these and go to those links.

Yes, it would be greatly appreciated to be able to link to a file on my laptop. Even if that file isn't available on my iOS device.
For example, I take notes while I am working. Depending on the work involved I'll take pictures, screenshots, record what I am doing. Make a reference to a document I'm using or be writing a procedure. I would like to be able to add a link to that document and have it open that file.
Currently it seems Catalina won't allow Good Notes access to Files and Folders list. It allows Full Disk Access but I refuse to give that.
I'm new to Good Notes and am excited to use it full time. I've been looking for a long time for an app to meet my needs in this area. I need to keep a log of what I do and changes made to customers equipment. I think this app will fill that void, especially if I can get the link to a file to work. Thank You
