Lag while using Apple Pencil and the eraser tool
There is a noticeable lag while using the Apple Pencil as well as the rubber feature of this application. Goodnotes 5 is one of the innovative apps to bring some cool new features and customizable options, but this lag annoys me the most. The video is also posted where I show how the rubber tool lags.

January 2023 (!!!), so many years have passed and the eraser tool is still VERY VERY laggy. Please solve this problem, this plus the problem with the cloud are forcing me to try a new app :(

Erasing and the laser tool are both incredibly laggy for me as well. It comes and goes, but is task ending due to the annoyance usually.

I have been experiencing the same issues.
Very disappointed for this and for not having two-way sync. Thinking about getting another notes app.

i too have the same problem and this sometimes forces me to go back to the in built notes app when i dont need the features given by goodnotes

The app is amazing however extremely laggy at everything (e.g. Scrolling or writing) please fix it otherwise its unusable.

Yes please fix this I noticed on the second day I bought it’s annoying because of that while preparing notes try to fix this as soon as you can

This is super annoying, having the same issue. I've also noticed that when scrolling, the position of the screen will "jump" when you take your finger off the tablet instead of staying in the same spot.

Yeah I have the same problem especially if the word written is in one stroke, like cursive I guess. Only when I'm not using the zoom in tool though, which I don't love as it doesn't offer as much freedom.

You can simply restart the application to solve this problem, but it's a bad solution. Goodnotes should solve this problem immediately.

I also noticed this. Notability is better but I like Good Notes better in overall.
