Add transparency and clipping to Pictures

Theres should be an Option to provide basic image-filter, transparency and clipping options for images. Perhapst an option to scan a paper directly from camera and transform perspective distortion.

    I use GoodNotes for planning and do a lot of layers. Adding a transparent tool would be amazing when layering stickers and pictures. Currently I use procreate to change the transparency of stickers and pictures.it would just be lovely if I could do this inside of GoodNotes.
