Syntax Highlighting for Code
If you create the typing text feature, something that would be useful is syntax highlighting for popular programming languages. I use this app to take notes in all my classes except Computer Science. I would love to be able to write, type, and draw, and this app is the best possibility to do all of the above. Additionally, ability to export code snippets from notes as separate files, with a chosen extension (.c/.cc, etc). This isn't a widely sought feature and would take a lot of time and work, but just putting it out there for CS students.

How about using [highlight.js] (https://highlightjs.org/)?
Noto.ink uses it, and it works great.

I would like to express this desire too. Goodnotes has been remarkably useful for me. But the moment I need to take coding notes... it becomes clunky and unbearable.

My professors provide txt files of code they review during lecture hall. I would like to be able to import large blocks of text and have them span several pages with syntax highlighting and room to leave notes. Often we get the code from the instructor at the begining of the lecture so there is not much time to import and take notes on it. It would be nice to have better control n text blocks and making a single block flow across several pages.
