Please add "next page" an "previous page" buttons
When displaying a pdf/powerpoint in class, "next page" and "previous page" buttons are missing.
For example, when using overlays on successive pages, it's better if there is a clear change instead of a unprecise swipping.

swipe pages is not goodd to me because my eyes feel not well when the animation is playing so a button for next page and previous page is a good way to make a page jump instead of swiping the iPad

This is a must in presentations.

I fully support this idea. It is the only drawback so far for using pdf slides (generated using Latex/beamer) for remote teaching.

Even though the presenter view has a feature to instantaneously flip page on the mirrored screen it would be more convenient to have a "next page" button instead of always having to swipe, in particular when having a long sequence of slides (pages) that make up an "animation".
Furthermore, when flipping page using swipe, it is common (for me at least) that the selected tool shows up on screen for a split of a second before the app understands that I'm not pressing but swiping. This is annoying when using the app to record video lectures.
