Battery drain
To address the battery drain issue maybe you could implement a feature in which the software transforms strokes into vectors just every 10 seconds or so instead of doing it instantly. Or maybe an option in which one can deactivate vectoring on pdf files, where in my opinion it is not really necessary. This problem is huge! 15-20 % drain in 1 hour of use is unacceptable. Despite preferring GoodNotes, this is the reason I really am considering Switching to Notability.

Just switched to Notability and the difference is night and day... GoodNotes used 35% battery in just over 2 hours. Notability uses almost no battery in comparison. I see from the forums that this issue has been reported repeatedly for over 2 years and still no real progress from GoodNotes.

This is a massive problem. There's just no need to backup every time you make a tiny edit. It really should be on some reasonable interval. And the fact that you can't "pause" the auto backup and have it reliably remember the "paused state" makes it unusable.

I agree to this, I'm really suffering due to this massive battery drain!
