I have two different App Store accounts! I got a new IPad and had no idea I was using a separate account from my phone. How can I switch between accounts within the app to access everything I have on my iPad when I am using my phone?

You’ve got two separate App Store accounts, one for your iPad and another for your phone. To switch between them, go to the App Store on your iPad, tap your profile picture in the top right corner, and sign out of your current account. Then, sign in with the account you use on your phone. If you need assistance with managing accounts or other service concerns, you might find bt business contact number helpful https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/bt-business-direct/customer-service.html. It could offer useful tips or guidance for your situation.

Same issue. I have a Macbook that belongs to my organization and must use the work iCloud account. I have my own iPad with ALL my personal stuff using my personal iCloud account.
Now, I use my iPad for some work tasks as it is more practical. All I did was add my work account to the iPad and works for email, reminders, note apps, documents editing, etc… but not for Good Notes. For Good Notes I need to switch between accounts which is horrible.
I wish we could add multiple accounts im one device for Good Notes just like every other app. -
