ARCHIVE notebooks and/or folders
Hello! As I use GoodNotes more and more to take notes and adnotate documents, I get a large volume of folders and notebooks that are a bit difficult to navigate through.
It would be great to be able to archive old items, so that they do not show up in the document browser and they are compressed or even stored in the cloud only, so that they do not take up additional space.

This would be a very useful feature. As a teacher I get assigned different year groups every year. It would be nice to archive old years to have them out of the way, but then to revive them when i work with that year group again.

Very important, especially as I’m trying to view documents on my phone - I don’t want all the notebooks stored in my phone. Would love to just pick the ones I want downloaded on my phone

100% agree with everyone here. Tons of notes (individual pages _and_ entire notebooks) that are worth saving but don’t have any immediate need to be accessed or viewed. Right now I’m doing an “Archived” folder but having an integrated solution within notebooks (for archiving pages within a notebook) and an archived category for notebooks and pages would be so beneficial.

Please give us a way to navigate (create hyperlinks?) or archive pages that aren't current, e.g., PDFs of menu plans, weight charts, blood pressure records...
Thanks!

This would be a great feature and for me quite necessary. I would like to be able to archive pages or move them into another note book (removing them from the original notebook).

This would be a huge help! Things accumulate, and I'd love to Marie Kondo my collection!
