Share folders with team members and get notifications about changes

I would like to have the option to share a whole folder with team members. All of the members should have the possibility to work in all notes inside the folder and to add new notes to the folder.
Also I would like to get notifications when someone changed or added things inside the shared folder/note. So that I can directly jump in and see the changes. It feels quite cumbersome that someone has to contact me outside the system to tell me that he worked inside the notes/added notes etc.

    This would be helpful for a variety of contexts. For example, I use Goodnotes for digital worksheets for my special needs child. (Best app in my opinion for this purpose) I want to be able to have them access on their own device the same folders I have set up for them on my device. I use my device to manage instead of theirs since their device travels with them to grandparents’. That way any adult who is working with my child can use my child’s iPad or laptop if I’m using mine or if my child is visiting and I can manage/create/ or delete finished when my child is visiting grandparents’.

    Like, seriously? Must we even ask for this? Come on Goodnotes, stop sleeping!!! We need to share entire folders....I can be paying for this and then have to go through all this trouble to share with my team members!!! I am NOT happy!!!

    Extremely critical. Would be so helpful. I paid for Goodnotes 6 thinking I could do this like I do in ios notes.

    Absolutely need this function and, as another user has said, this is a paid app that should offer this functionality.

    Will cancel if this isn't added by end of year. 3 years and it's a must have feature for a paid app.

    Extremely critical. Would be so helpful. I paid for Goodnotes 6 thinking I could do this like I do in ios notes. It’s even free to do there. Sad that I can’t do it here.

    I sincerely wish for the functionality to share an entire folder with collaborators. Sharing multiple notes one by one with specific members is inconvenient and inefficient. If this feature could be implemented, I would be delighted.

    I just signed up and purchased GoodNotes 5 and am trying to figure out a way to do just this. I may not be able to stay with the app if I can't figure this out.

    A critical feature that Apple does natively with notes. Catch up Goodnotes, you're a paid additional app!

    I am carrying 2 Ipads whenever I have to travel as it is too troublesome to share all my files one by one.

    Have been a GN user since 2016 and this would be a gamechanger!

    It's so hard to share every document. Especially when you're working with PDFs or PNGs... You have to upload the new document and share a new link! It would be so much easier if an entire folder could be shared. Please add this feature! It's essential.

    I agree. This seems like an oversight. I need my team to have access to my folders.
