personal title string

I would like to define a personal title string as replacement for "Untitled (Draft)"

    It just solves me some time. Because almost any of my documents starts with the same string, e. g. "2020-11 ..." in November, so this should be the default string. Otherwise I first have to delete the default string "Untitled (Draft)"
