Images and screenshots should also be read for text. Screenshots are often taken of slides and put into notes- but all of this information is excluded when searching words.

In new iOS 15 you're be able, in photo app, to select and copy recognized text. Thats new feature.

Nice idea, but I think it is difficult to implement. It would be great to add metadata or tags to images and use them to search for related images.
