A painting tool to write show/hidden text

It would be so fantastic and handy if there is a painting tool to write show/hidden text. We can use it while writing notes to write keywords, saving time to new a “Flash Card”.

    YES! I have to manually scribble the on the text I want to hide and after a while it just gets so tedious! It would be so much easier to review if you had like a pen or a why to cover text/images and tap to view
