You can do this by adding an outline to the page. To do this, you have to tap on the 'more' option (the three dots icon at the top right corner of you document) and select 'Add This Page to Outline'. You can easily see your outlines at the four squares icon on the top left corner of your document (and also the thumbnails and favorites).
