Pages suggestion - White legal and bigger square sheets.
There is a yellow paper type legal. Can we have the same for white as well?

If you can find a PDF on the internet for white legal paper, you can import it as a template.
You could use squared paper with a smaller paper size (A5 instead of A4, etc.) This would make the squares appear larger on your screen.
