Love my goodnotes but I do check out the competition and Agenda has a neat feature. You can tap a icon and it will insert the date or tim
Just like all the other tools, add one for date or time. Like agenda does. I am enclosing a screenshot. Thanks

I really required this feature. A no-brainer really...

I'd like two dates automatically captured with the optional to display always, or view through the options menu: Date of page creation, date of last change. I'm always looking for this....and I always forget to add it...

This functionalityI would use on every page. Do it!!!

OH, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do this! I use Goodnotes in my psychotherapy practice, and it's tiresome to have to scroll back through the pages until I find the handwritten date.

Agreed. A date/time stamp feature for this app. would definitely convince me to go paperless with my notebooks. Help me save trees!

Urgently needed! I use the App to mark up documents which are then paginated for use at court hearings - please add a feature where you can automatically paginate a large PDF document with auto-generated pagination. E.g. if the document is tab 36 of bundle C and the pagination starts at page 345, the feature could automatically add in "C/36/345", "C/36/356" etc in the bottom corner of each page (or any other chosen location). The pagination could then be removed throughout and re-paginated as required for future use.

I’m new here, and this was first thing I looked for when starting a new notebook. This is a necessity. I see it has been under review for a year and a half! I hope it is implemented soon!

I don’t want a button, I want an automatic date/time stamp. And preferences would let me select creation date, last viewed, or last changed for default.

I fully agree, this function fails and is essential for longer notebooks.

It would be really helpful. Choice should be to display it in the toolbar or on the paper. If on the paper, one could choose the font and position -- e.g.:
- horizontally: distance (number + choice of units) from (left edge, center, right edge);
- vertically: distance (same) from (top edge, middle, bottom edge).
Enhanced features:
- parametrizable prefix (e.g. "P. ");
- option to display the total number of page (e.g. 1/23);
- starting number. -

The possibility to automatically or easily add a date/time stamp to notes is vital to me as well - it would be great if you could add it soon.

I agree. Please add this if you are going to promote note taking. Silly it’s not added on an app that is built on notes. I have a Franklin Covey style app called Opus One that includes time stamp on daily journal so I know it can be done.

I had been using Noteshelf, and they automatically add date to every page at bottom. You won me over with OCR, but I miss the date. I also manually add date to top of page, because many times I am looking for notes from a specific meeting. Having the date big enough at the top to see in the thumbnail view would be very helpful.

Auto time stamp on notes in the corner of the note

Have a look at noteability - being able to have automatic pagenumbers would be so great (and have you tried add a page in the middle of the document, and then rewrite all the page numbers manually? - Pain in the a** :-)
