Quick page turning and page jumping

Hello, when can I have a setting for quick page turning and page jumping? It is troublesome to slide my fingers when reading a book with many pages. Similar to this design

    This is v. Important when I am giving a ppt presentation in goodnotes, there should be a small button to quickly go to next/previous slide WITHOUT any animation. Please add an option to add these buttons to move b/w pages.
