At this time (Aug 2023), there are a lot of students in Vietnam using Goodnotes for taking note on school especially med student like me and also the upcoming iPadOS 17 is going to support Scribble in Vietnamese language. So I think it's right time to add Vietnamese to be supported in Goodnotes
