Zoom percentage
Add Zoom Percentage, please. The zoom affects the way we write and therefore if we'd like to keep our notes consistent in size and neatness. Adding a zoom percentage display would allow us to know what zoom size we prefer and always set our zoom percentages to that number.

My suggestion that could make this app better and make my friends actually take my advice and download this would be if you added a zoom percentage feature. If you do not know what that is, it is a feature that tells you a percentage of how much you zoomed when you zoom. OneNote has this feature, so my friends do not want to switch to this because it would do writing on goodnotes a lot neater. After all, we would know at what zoom we were writing to zoom out or zoom in. This would keep our writing consistent and more presentable. Not a lot of people like to write with the zoom feature because it is sometimes not needed. It would be amazing if it had the percentage feature because sometimes, when I am writing using it, I like zooming a lot. After all, sometimes I want my handwriting to be smaller or tighter, and it would be good to know at what percentage I was at. This feature does not have to be exactly a percentage, but I have to tell me at what "level" I was writing on to keep a consistent note writing.

I don't want to be harsh on you but you should get inspired by the OneNote MS for iPad, try it out it's free! They have great solution! They have in "view" option to rest the zoom of the page to 100% and the option of pinching the page in and out and simultaneously showing percentage of zoom. Implement that for an ordinary page (and maybe something different for "zoom box that can be turned on or of, I don't use that.. but some do.." You should definitely add that to the goodnote5

This is a genius idea. It never occurred to me but it would make the app even better.

Onenote has a good implementation of zoom percentage. It helps me get back to my sweet spot for writing with the pencil. I would like to have it in goodnotes too!

+1.
In my case mostly I’m using zoom and resize. so my zoom ratio mostly miss matched. Each and every time I’m wasted or distracted my time&mind in zooming and resizing page. So kindly provide this is a feature or settings. I hope this feature mostly useful for other also.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Plus, having a 100% zoom option would help me anticipate what my writing will actually look like in a pdf or when I print a page of notes on letter-size paper, for example.

I have the same problem, every time I zoom in and out, letter size changes. A zoom percentage indicator would be a very good addition to the app.

Often I am zooming in and out to add a photo/shape etc. The problem is that my notes look mixed with smaller and larger sizes making it very hard to read. If you can put an option to fix the zoom to a certain level and a toolbar button to recover after manually bypassing it for an edit.
Thank you <3

I find I have a sweet spot for how zoomed in I named to be for an optimal wring experience. Having a small indicator that tells me I’m zoomed in X percent would be really useful.
Big quality of life improvement.

Its a really a useful feature. To get good handwriting, we use the technique of zooming the the page and writes on it. This technique works perfectly but problem is, if each zoom is not same then size of the text will be different in each page. If you know the zooming percentage, we can keep it consistant text size or keep similar size for each type of headings. zoom, i mean, zooming in page using fingers. Thanks a lot for this wonder full app.

I have the similar thought with Albi.
I frequency use a function to double tab to zoom in and out.
I would like to have 3 levels of zooming instead of 2 levels as currently.
For example,
1st double tab for fit to page tall
2nd double tab for fit to page width
3rd double tab for fit to customize zoom (e.g. 150 % )My concept of writing is
For Topic I will write in big font (zoom to fit page width)
For details I will zoom in to particular level (maybe 150%) and note it.When I review my note I will check the topic first.
If I want to know more detail I will zoom-in to look at it.
To make a detail-font size consistency, to zoom at same level every time is important for me. -

Because I find myself constantly checking my zoom level to get a consistent text size a far more convenient option would be to set the wanted zoom inside the toolbar.
I have attached an imagine how I would imagine this feature to look like. -

Hi, I was wondering if you guys are considering a zoom percentage display. The issue in having is when I zoom in and find the magnification I like and then zoom out and zoom back in it’s hard to get that same magnification I previously had because I don’t know how far in or out I zoomed. It would be nice to display the zoom in and out percentages in a small box on the top or side of screen.

Being able to set a 100% zoom (of the printed page size) would be ideal, while setting custom scale factors would increase the flexibility. A 100% scale would allow me to take scaled pdf drawings and measure them with a ruler. I can achieve this in the mac app (and preview), but not on the iPad app.

I prefer to write directly in the sheet by zooming (not the blue box). With the 2 fingers move, the zoom is not always the same, so my writing is not regular. It would be possible to pre-set some zoom values if wanted (one 2 finger move --> 1 st value, another 2 finger move --> 2n value, etc..). So I get used to always the same zoom and the writing is always the same. I write in zoom mode, then I check the overall page, then I zoom again and the zoom is the same as before
