TLDR: I would like to have an"Included Folders/File Names" option so I can backup only a small selection of notes.

I use Auto Backup to access notes from my computer (running Linux). I usually only want to automatically backup some folders and notes so I can reference them, e.g. via Google Drive link, in other note-taking apps, in my case Joplin.

As of now, there is an Auto Backup option named "Excluded Folders/File Names". But using this is very tedious since I have add practically all my notes to the excluded list.

@devs please consider adding this feature.
