Device gets hot when I use Goodnotes

I noticed that the device gets really hot when I use Goodnots. I let a diagnositcs tool run and confirmed it.

The device does not heat up when i use other Apps or watch videos and the brightness is around 30%.

I would appreciate if this could be fixed.

    Nice to see I’m not the only one noticing this! I’ve been a heavy Goodnotes user for years, and this overheating issue only started after the last major update. Picked up a protection plan through Akko (reviews at https://akko-insurance-services.pissedconsumer.com/review.html) because honestly, repairs are no joke if the battery ever gives out. In the short term, I’ve lowered screen brightness and turned off background apps - helps a little. Still love Goodnotes, but performance tweaks are definitely overdue.
