Importing documents to the folder currently opened
Currently in Goodnotes 6, when importing a document, the default location seems to always be the main document folder. In goodnotes 5, the default import location would be whatever folder we’re opened in or created at the time.
I would like that back because I think sometimes when we’re in a hurry, we would import PDF as new documents and because the default location is the main documents folder… we would have to go back back back to the main folder and move the files to our intended folder. Which is a huge waste of time.

I agree also. May sound trivial but it definitely slows down productivity.

I wholeheartedly agree. It's quite odd that the feature present in GN5 is absent in GN6. I hope for the revival of this feature.

Yes! I don't think the change was deliberate

I totally agree! This is a needed update that is not hard to implement and it was on GN 5 but not GN 6
