Goodnotes 6 paid but freemium only
I recently paid to upgrade to Goodnotes 6 as I really like the app and use it every day for work and teaching. However, I have been unable to use the app in the last two weeks as it claims (iPad only) that I am on the freemium service. I have followed all the instructions on the help page and while my MacBook agrees I have the premium service my iPad resolutely disagrees. The help page note does not make it clear if this issue is the same as that currently being fixed, nor does it give a timeline nor does the website have an obvious mechanism for contacting the company with support requests. Hence users appealing to this forum. Please fix.

I have the same issue on my side and I can’t restore my purchase even if I did one time payment.

Avi - did you get this fixed? Today - (I purchased Goodnotes 6 in Aug 2023) - my iPhone showed a Freemium subscription. I then went to my iPad - it first indicated Premium, but changed to Freemium as I tried to scan a document. Then I went to my Mac - and couldn't see a license. However I then went back to my iPhone and iPad - they had changed back to Premium. Really strange and disturbing. (I did update the iPad to the most current version - but that didn't seem to impact the problem.)
