"POST-IT TABS"
One of the major issues in relation to using a digital file, compared to a traditional paper file is that in a paper file you can attach "post-its" to relevant pages which you can then refer to when you are using that file. This is an essential tool for lawyers, for example. So that, if you are referring to a bundle of files, you can have them in front of you where you can see the protruding tabs and refer to them immediately. The visualisation of the tabs – allows for easy access to the relevant page.
Whilst good notes allows you to tab pages – obviously – there are physical differences between hard paper and electronic paper.
However, would it be possible for good notes to try and emulate this by doing the following:
- You have the option of attaching a coloured side tab to the relevant pages;
- You then have the option of "see side tabs"
- When you press that option, the tabbed pages, with their tabs, all shrink slightly and move to the left – allowing you to see the tabs. Then, you can press the tab which opens the page – similar to how this would work in hardcopy.
I attach a photograph by way of example.
Perhaps, something like this could be considered.
Many thanks for taking the time to consider this idea.
Kind regards,
Asim

The ability to move sticky notes onto the side, next to the document. Kind of like comments in Microsoft Word

yes, would be nice for lengthy calculations when you have to look up formulas frequently. Essentially collapsible large sticky notes

I also agree that this feature would improve my PDF annotating. As another person mentioned, it would also be super helpful to be able to see where the sticky notes are through some kind of indexing or search feature where you can see all of your notes at once.

I would like to thank you for adding the sticky note feature, but I also have one suggestion about it. When I write on the sticky note, I'd like for the notes to be automatically grouped with the sticky note in order to be moved together whenever I decide to move the sticky note. We should also have the option to ungroup them when desired.
This would be a lot more convenient than having to use the selection tool in order to select both the sticky note and the notes I wrote on it in order to be able to move them together. -

Yes! I agree this is a necessity. I was actually coming on here to ask for this. We now have the stickers we can use as sticky notes but I would like to be able to use margins for extra space for my sticky note or for the sticky note flags that in real life stick out of the book, and if you could actually aligned that to the outlines tab that would be magnificent but that’s another battle I don’t mind waiting for.

I just do not FUCKING know what is holding them for so long from this feature. I just do not see how this kind of suggestion page works while they do not implement the suggestions.

I just do not know what is holding them so long for this feature. There is already adding picture feature, what they need to do is just make is to make it able to be hidden.

I understand why would want this within the app, but digital sticky notes can be purchased on Etsy as png files. You can copy them with the lasso tool and paste wherever you want with the ability to move them.

A feature where you can highlight a text and can add a small comment box for adding its meaning / definition / or some comment related to that highlighted text that you wanna keep in mind. This can be useful while preparing notes and you come across some technical word and you add a little comment box for reference which doesn't inhibit your reading but it is present for a quick reference.
Definitely a great feature when you import any PDF for reading and you can highlight something and add a small note -

Most of us peel sticky notes from the bottom, but that ends up making the notes curl where the adhesive is. Agile coach Martin Schapendonk shares this tip with us on Whitehorses: Start at the left of the pad and pull the note to the right (or vice versa). Voila, a flat-lying note. https://get-shareit.com https://get-vidmateapk.com/

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo, al momento de realizar anotaciones vendría muy bien la posibilidad de aumentar algún dato extra mediante una nota, incluso, en los pdf sería muy conveniente tener un lugar que no interrumpa al texto original
