Way to link to different files and embed parts in different files
For example making study sets that are depending on information in other files, so when updating information, that it also changes on the study set

This would be great, it makes me think of the idea of transclusion proposed by Ted Nelson for hypertext.
It would be really handy for making flashcards, you could link it to your course notes.
Just like notion.
