Rotate with lasso tool WITHOUT changing the scale.
This has been posted several times but no update from the devs about it. I NEED to be able to rotate without changing the size of a selection. This severely reduces the usability for me I know it can’t be difficult to add a lock on the size!

And while you’re at it, how about giving the rotation tool some better resolution. The first jump is far
too big.
