Bezier curves, shapes, fill with color, gradient, like you have in keynote
Bezier Curves would be handy especially for engineering students, any shape like rectangle and circle would be great.

Color fill! I could have a preschooler with a physical impairment color the same pages as her classmates once scanned in.

I think that manipulating Bezier curves is too 'fancy' for a notes app like Goodnotes - it's not a vector-drawing program.
But it would be really useful to be able to create solid-filled shapes, as well as outline shapes. (And then, as with the existing <Shapes> options, to change the colour, and resize.)
