Ability to work on notebooks Offline
It would be good if the app allowed working on notebooks even without an internet connection.

I agree. I don't see why it can't be a standalone app like how it is on IOS. Then we could just link accounts to the app so that cloud sharing, exporting files, etc would be still possible. Functionality to use the internet is helpful in this way, but making it the only way for the app to function is simply ridiculous.

This is so important. My internet goes out a lot and not being able to access my notes if that happens would be detrimental. Make it like the ios app where you can sync to the cloud, but still use the app completely fine offline.

I agree but we need a way we can access online

Focusing for the always-online model for this version of Goodnotes is not good idea. Honestly, I expected it to be very simillar experience to the app on my iPad, but got myself really dissapointed. I am university student and not every department on my uni provides wireless internet connection. Making it like a normal windows app would be so much better, because not only would it provide better performance, but also provide ability for users to use it without internet connection.

Although in 90% cases, I have access to internet connection and the PWA can work, 10% no-internet cases will make the experience awful. I took some notes in the class yesterday. Today, I want to review these notes on the subway to the school, but I have to open the app before I leave my home and be very careful not to close the app after the usage. Even if the network is available in the subway train(in Toronto, the network is unavailable in the subway in most situations, and I believe it is the same in USA and UK), it is stupid to turn on the hotspot of my mobile phone to make GoodNotes connect to the internet. Please develop a real app rather than a temporary PWA for Windows.
