I just wanted to use Passion Planner digital. Tried to download Goodnotes recently, when it was free, and could not. I'm guessing the changeover to paid with a one-week trial was in progress?

Anyway, now that I have it, nothing works. None of the hyperlinks work. None of the stickers work. (Now, if I could add cute and pretty stuff to the elements...) There's no search function that I can find...

I wouldn't mind paying for it, if it worked. Wildly different versions of the same product are incredibly confusing for people who need tutorials to learn things--because the tutorials so often refer to functions that don't exist in other versions of the product. Where is this? Why am I not finding this? Why isn't this working like in the video/article?

It's not ready. But how will I know when it IS ready if I can't come back and try again later because there's only a 1-week free trial? Even if the free level is only one notebook, at least it would enable coming back to try it later. Or am I supposed to be paying for something that, as yet, has none of functionality I need for the product I wanted to use it with? That... doesn't make sense.

Moreover, why would there be a free tier on one OS but not another? That's always icky.
