Remove add comment fuction

I suggest to remove the 'add comment' function. It's very annoying as it always pop out when I'm writing notes

    The add comment one is annoying. But the paste is something i use super often. I dont they dont remove it, but maybe change how the function works

    This paste/add comment sub menu keeps popping up and i am unable to write on screen or move the screen unless I dismiss it. This interfere with smooth writing experience. Not sure why the performance of windows version and design is not even close to IOS experience.
