Unless you want to become the new Filmora Wondershare I recommend you find a way to consolidate multi platform users who already have already purchased one-time payments for Goodnotes 6.

I'm sure many of your users where original goodnotes and goodnotes 5 subscribers and have loyally advocated for goodnotes through their industries.

We're willing to pay for the upgrade to enable web and windows cross platform, I'm even willing to pay the delta monthly subscription. But somehow it's not even possible get multi-platform without unsubscribing and getting a new account.
I was previously able to use multi-platform in GN6 but somehow that has all disappeared now.

If you want users to stay with your product please make it easy for your users to be loyal.
