This would be great. At the very least, reinstating the laser pointer with finger whilst Apple Pencil is connected (as in GoodNotes 4) is essential for me. I use the app for teaching drums via zoom and screen sharing. In GoodNotes 4 I can write with the pencil, pick up my sticks and still point to things for the student using my finger on the screen. In GoodNotes 5 I can only use the laser pointer with the pencil which is not viable (having to pick up the pencil every time I want to just point at a scribble). I’ve had to go back to v4 until this is changed.
