I would love for such a menu to include a “paste” option. As it stands, it’s so hard to paste text into a text field - clicking in the field with an Apple Pencil just starts an Apple Scribble and draws a period instead of bringing up the option to paste. The worst part is that SOMETIMES it does bring up the option to paste, but only about 10% of the time. So I’m forever drawing and deleting periods and dashes until I’m given the option to paste.

I'm glad bullets are now automatically added from dashes at the start of a line and that pressing enter from a bulleted line creates a new line with a bullet.
However, when I have a bulleted line, I want to be able to press tab and have the bullet indent one level (and indent another level each time tab is pressed).
Pressing enter should start a new line with the bullet at the same indent depth as the previous line. Pressing enter again on this new indented line should back the indent depth one level at a time for each press, then when the bullet is at the start of the line again, one more enter press gets rid of the bullet altogether.
This would be ideal functionality for me, but any other way of quickly creating and navigating in and out of indented sub bullets would be fine.
It's really surprising to me that this isn't an option already. So many people take notes in point form using indented bullet notation.
