    I will be serious about this but I think zoom is painful to use. But there is a solution, try using the shortcut standard zoom using only the ctrl and mouse wheel, the user's zoom should change from a 25% ratio. Like 100% to 75% or 125%. Also add another shortcut using the mouse wheel + ctrl + spacebar, the free zooming ratio by 1%. A correct example of this, should be Adobe Photoshop.
