    Support told me to bring up this issue and vote on it.

    How incompetent does a company have to be to not add a resolve/delete feature for their comments? When you add something like this to a program, it is obvious that it needs to have the capacity to be deleted. Now I'm worried it will sit on the side and never be resolved.
