    I’ve been thinking about using chatbots to deliver one-time passwords (OTP) for our users, but I’m not sure if it's worth the switch from traditional methods like SMS or email. Has anyone here implemented this approach before? I’m curious if there’s any real benefit in terms of security and user experience. Wouldn't it be more complicated to manage chatbots, and are users actually comfortable receiving their OTPs this way? Any feedback would be great!
